We are looking for somebody to work 2-3 days per week in our Tunbridge Wells office - Flexible on days

Are you confident on the phone, love building relationships, and want to be part of a fun, energetic team? We're looking for a Client Success Executive to join Approved Business, a leading digital marketing agency based in Tunbridge Wells.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside our Support Manager to make sure every clients get the most out of our different services.
Your day-to-day will include:

Regular monthly phone calls with clients to review performance and ensure satisfaction Providing friendly, hands-on support and training Keeping clients engaged, informed, and happy Spotting opportunities to add value and build strong relationships Supporting with client onboarding and renewals

What We're Looking For

Confident, clear communicator -- you're great on the phone and enjoy talking to people Organised, proactive, and great at managing your own time Enthusiastic and motivated with a positive, team-first attitude Experience in account management, support, or customer success (preferred but not essential) Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software tools
