The Opportunity
We're hiring a
Client Success Manager
(or
Account Manager
) to join our client-facing team. In this role, you'll oversee a portfolio of growing eCommerce brands, helping them execute on performance marketing strategies while collaborating closely with media buyers, creatives, and content teams.
This is a great fit for someone with
2-3 years' experience
in an agency or fast-paced brand-side environment, who's ready to step into a more strategic, client-facing role. You'll be supported by senior strategists but expected to take ownership of your accounts and develop quickly.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day communications across 6-8 eCommerce clients
Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and KPIs
Collaborate with Meta Ads buyers, retention specialists, creatives, and content leads
Help lead monthly strategy reviews and weekly performance calls
Brief in creative assets, copy, and landing page feedback
Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities or risks early
Maintain strong client relationships and proactively spot areas for growth
What You Bring
2-3+ years' experience in a marketing agency or fast-growth eCom brand
Solid understanding of Meta Ads and how they impact eCommerce sales
Confidence in presenting performance insights and next steps to clients
Familiarity with key eCommerce metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV, etc.)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset -- you stay one step ahead
Eagerness to take ownership, learn fast, and sharpen your strategic thinking
Bonus: experience with email/retention marketing, content briefing, or Shopify analytics
