Salary: 32,000 - 36,000 + performance bonuses (OTE 38k-40k)

The Role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to join our team and become a key part of how we deliver for clients. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce brands, ensuring they're supported, communicated with, and getting maximum value from our services.

You'll work closely with our channel specialists (Meta, Google, Email, Content, Design) to deliver best-in-class campaigns, while making sure clients are looked after and relationships stay strong.

This is not a back-office role -- you'll be client-facing, problem-solving, and helping drive retention and growth across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with 8-12 client accounts.

Be the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring proactive updates and high client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams (Media Buyers, Designers, Videographers, Email Specialists) to deliver work on time and to high standards.

Lead client calls, report on results, and translate technical performance into clear insights.

Spot opportunities to upsell clients into additional services or projects (content, email, paid social).

Monitor client health and retention, escalating issues early before they become churn risks.

Support the wider team in building scalable processes for account management as we grow.

Requirements

2+ years' experience in account management, ideally in a marketing/advertising agency.

Experience with e-commerce clients is highly desirable.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills -- confident running client calls and handling multiple stakeholders.

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.

Understanding of paid social (Meta Ads), Google Ads, or email marketing is a bonus, but not essential -- we have specialists in place.

A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
