What You'll Be Doing



Lead and manage multilingual translation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and quality. Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing clarity and confidence throughout the project lifecycle. Guide client communication from project confirmation through post?delivery review, including managing in?house review processes. Maintain accountability for quality, timeliness, and overall client satisfaction. Nurture long?term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate cross?functionally with linguists, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless results.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt when needed. An owner's mentality -- you don't just "coordinate" projects, you take accountability for outcomes. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong communication skills -- able to move effortlessly between being a project lead and a trusted account manager. A genuine desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What You Bring



At least 3 years' experience in translation project management or multilingual content industries (audiovisual and interpreting experience a plus). Proven client relationship experience -- ideally working with B2B clients. Degree?level education (languages or related fields a plus). Confidence using CAT tools (specifically memoQ), spreadsheets, and cloud?based platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus. Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 17100 standards is advantageous.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
