What you'll be doing:
Building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Leading onboarding journeys and supporting clients from day one
Helping clients get the most value from our services
Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with Sales
Gathering client feedback to improve our offering
Becoming a reliable point of contact and trusted advisor
Skills & experience:
Experience in client relationship management or account management
Experience in a B2B or service-led environment
Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Able to build trust and collaborate with internal teams
Empathy, commercial awareness, and a results-driven approach
What success looks like:
Happy, retained clients with strong relationships
Smooth onboarding and visible client outcomes
Commercial opportunities identified and acted on
