What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face that onboards new clients, setting the stage for success
Become the trusted go-to person for clients, always one step ahead of their needs
Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless service and strong results
Keep campaigns on track, analysing KPIs and translating performance into clear, impactful insights
Identify fresh opportunities to grow accounts and increase client retention
Communicate with clarity, avoiding jargon and keeping clients informed
Handle client concerns with empathy and agility, ensuring even challenging conversations end positively
Capture feedback and help shape improvements to our service
About You
At least 2 years in a client success, account management, or similar client-facing role, ideally within an agency environment
A strategic thinker who spots opportunities and brings commercial awareness
Confident communicating at all levels, including with C-suite stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Skilled at building relationships and resolving conflicts effectively
Data-driven, with a strong understanding of KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
