The Job
You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns across a network of premium publisher inventory, ensuring a smooth client experience that supports retention and unlocks future revenue opportunities.
You'll act as a central point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up, aligned with client goals, and supported by clear documentation and performance metrics.
You'll support the wider commercial team by providing operational clarity, campaign updates, and insight-led recommendations that align with both brand and performance objectives.
You'll work collaboratively with sales, product, and operations teams to enhance service quality, streamline delivery, and adapt to evolving product offerings and client needs.
You'll be responsible for post-campaign analysis and insights, helping clients understand results and optimising for future engagement.
You'll play an active role in fostering strong, long-term client relationships through consistent service excellence and a focus on measurable outcomes.
You'll contribute to a team culture focused on accountability, shared success, and continuous improvement.
