Your primary responsibility as a Client Success Manager would be to manage advertising campaigns implementation and success across allocated agency patches, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. This role will be key to nurturing existing clients across Europe and their respective campaigns. Given the required knowledge and service levels expected, the Client Success Manager will need to have a consultative approach to dealing with both clients and internal teams - providing a rounded approach to problem solving and delivering the most cohesive and premium client servicing.

You would work closely with other members of your team, including sales, campaign management, AdOps and creative to ensure that clients receive high-quality service and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You would also collaborate with other departments, such as analytics, to ensure that your clients receive the most up-to-date information and the best possible solutions.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent problem-solving, excellent time management and client management skills. You would also need to be a strategic thinker and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities Include:



Your primary responsibility is to lead the successful execution of advertisement campaigns from the point of the set-up, rollout and reporting, through establishing strong relationships with key strategic clients, understand their business needs and ambitions, and work with them to develop effective digital advertising strategies that meet those objectives Building and managing relationships with brands and ad agencies: Work closely with brands and ad agencies based in EMEA (Mainly Italy & UK - Subject to market's need), and cultivate strong partnerships for repeat business with MOBKOI Collaborating with stakeholders: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including creative, sales, AdOps, campaign management, and vendors, to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives against KPIs Conceptualize creative strategies with clients, and liaise with the internal creative team to execute creatives based on the strategies and KPIs Work with the AdOps department to advance the technical set up of campaigns Coordinate with campaign management to ensure campaigns deliver against clients' KPIs Analysing campaign performance: You will be responsible for consolidating and synthesizing campaign performances and data at a granular level, identifying areas of improvement, and making data-driven client-orientated recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the partnership. This includes using your understanding of data, including GA data, to base optimizations and generate actionable insights for clients. Deliver impeccable service to the client with focus on repeat business. Potential campaign up-weights should be explored and pitched for with each campaign where applicable Present PCAs to key clients on regular basis Work hand in hand with senior members of the Client Services team, providing administrative support across larger campaigns Provide feedback on internal and external processes to their line manager to continuously grow and improve the Client Services team Ownership of any extracurricular project work that sits outside of day-to-day account management, such as conducting and reporting on industry research on a provided topic

Key Skills & Competencies



Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a digital marketing or ad agency is preferred Demonstrated experience in managing managed service & programmatic campaigns is required. A strong understanding of data like standard reporting and Google Analytics (GA) to inform campaign optimizations and learnings is essential. Bilingual. Minimum requirements: English and Italian - Any other languages like French/German would be a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving abilities Demonstrates ownership and takes initiative Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills Ability to see the big picture and have a strategic mindset, and a balance of commercial drive/operational due diligence PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must Familiarity with IAS, Double Verify and Brand Lift / Attention Studies is a plus Comfortable presenting in group environment
