We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, consultative sales or marketing candidate looking for a new challenge. Our client is a hugely exciting small, dynamic media business with international ambitions; due to growth they are now seeking a Client Success Manager to support their commercial function. This role will operate a hybrid working model, working partly from home and partly from Central London.

Providing valuable business intelligence to the HR community is at the heart of this innovative business. The Client Success Manager will work within the commercial team, meeting clients, interrogating data and identifying where they can add more value, then present and communicate relevant solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take an intelligent, approach to business development for clients who are largely in the financial services and health sectors.

We are looking for a smart candidate who is focused on delivering valuable outcomes through an authentic, consultative approach. Someone who understands marketing and media across digital and in-person formats, is genuinely interested in business issues, is commercially driven, tech and data savvy and has a background in b2b media. This growth business is established in its market and in a position where currently most of their business is incoming, so there is great opportunity to develop existing accounts and new business. We are looking for the right personality and skills set for this role so are open to experience; you could be working in sales, marketing or perhaps operations or data insight with a real itch to work with clients to understand their needs and develop matching services that focus on outcomes and tangible results.
