The Role
We're looking for a
Client Success Specialist
to join our team and help ensure every new law firm gets the very best start with Hoowla.
You will guide firms through setup, onboarding, and training. You'll be the approachable, knowledgeable point of contact who helps our customers succeed and enjoy using Hoowla every day.
This is a people-focused role -- perfect for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and helping others feel confident with new systems.
What You'll Do
Support new law firms as they get started with Hoowla.
Guide users through setup, data import, and training sessions.
Build relationships with decision-makers and teams to understand their workflows.
Work collaboratively with our developers and support staff to resolve queries.
Collect feedback to help shape future improvements.
Celebrate client wins and help them get the most value from Hoowla.
What We're Looking For
A
clear and friendly communicator
who enjoys working with people.
Well organised
and able to manage multiple onboarding projects.
Curious about technology and comfortable learning new systems.
A
team player
who's positive, supportive, and proactive.
Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or legal technology is a bonus -- but not essential.
Based within commuting distance of Swansea.
