We're looking for someone who is

passionate about customer service

and would like to a join an established web design company in Chichester.

You don't need any web design experience but you must be enthusiastic to learn about websites, domain names, email & search engines. If you do have some knowledge about building websites that's a bonus.

You will be responsible for handling inbound client calls & emails, as well as talking to existing clients about their websites and other services we provide. You'll support our Project Manager with their active projects, and work with our development & sales teams on day to day tasks.

We're a small & dynamic team, with each role interacting with one another, meaning teamwork and the ability to support others is key in this position. We're looking for a team player, someone who works brilliantly with others.

We'd love to find someone who naturally always goes above and beyond to deliver the best service possible to our clients, ready to deliver our passionate service promise from 9am to 5pm every working day.

Historically people in this role have used it to develop their skills & interests in design, development, sales, account management and project management, so it's flexible and encourages the successful candidate to make it their own once in the position.

We'll teach you how our websites are designed, built, powered and hosted and will work alongside you as you develop your knowledge and understanding of all things Toolkit Websites!

Founded in Southampton in 1999, now in Chichester, we're a leading brochure-style web design company in the UK with over 1,300 small business clients.

Our clients want great looking websites designed by professionals with the minimum hassle.

We design, build and maintain the websites on their behalf and we give them a Content Management System to update their website whenever they need.

We are a hard working and friendly team with big growth plans.

The salary is dependent on the experience and knowledge you can bring to our business & the role is office based at our Chichester HQ. Remote working is not available, it's a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm position with a 30 minute lunch.

We are right in the centre of Chichester, next to the bus & train stations, with our own free to use private car park for all staff.
