We are seeking a proactive and organised Client Support Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, based in our Broadstone office in Dorset. In this key role, you'll deliver exceptional client service and provide vital administrative support to our Financial Planners. You'll be the primary administrative contact for clients, ensuring efficient processing, upholding compliance standards, and contributing to an outstanding client experience.
What you'll do
Client Support
Assist Financial Planners in facilitating client meetings, both virtually and in person
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries
Administrative Functions
Carry out daily administrative tasks, including the completion and submission of applications
Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date on our internal CRM system (Enable)
Maintain regular communication with clients and providers throughout all processing activities
Manage documentation for new business submissions and asset transfers
Upload and submit all required compliance documentation through Enable
Information Gathering
Obtain relevant information, quotes, illustrations, and product details for analysis
Compile client data and documentation to create tailored recommendation reports and client correspondence
Communication
Prepare and issue documents for electronic signatures using Adobe Sign
Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers
Additional Support
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and provide general support to help achieve team and business objectives
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Motivated and confident in working collaboratively across the business, building strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Proactive and able to use initiative, while also thriving as a supportive member of the team.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; able to make decisions and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to complete a range of educational and training tutorials on our internal client management systems and administration platforms, including Enable and Fusion, becoming fully familiar with our online client portal, Wealth Platform.
Embraces change and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture.
Possesses a professional telephone manner and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hold (or working towards) relevant qualifications such as R01, FA1, and FA2, which would be an advantage.
