We are looking for an Administrator to join our successful and award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners and to support the Financial Planners in their role.

Key Responsibilities



Client Support:

Assist the Financial Planner in facilitating client meetings, both virtually and in-person. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on administrative matters.

Administrative Functions:

Perform daily administrative tasks, including completing and submitting applications while ensuring data is current on the Enable internal CRM system. Maintain consistent communication with clients and providers throughout all processing activities.

Compliance and Documentation:

Conduct electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Manage the documentation process for new business submissions and asset transfers, which includes uploading and submitting required compliance documents to Enable.

Information Gathering:

Gather information, quotes, illustrations, and product details for analysis. Compile client data and documentation to construct tailored recommendation reports and accompanying client correspondence.

Communication:

Prepare and issue documents for electronic signatures via Adobe Sign. Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries from clients and providers.

Additional Support:

Perform any additional tasks as needed to support team and business objectives.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. Skilled in prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; able to make decisions and maintain composure under pressure. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Required to complete a variety of educational and training tutorials on our internal client management systems, as well as client asset custody and administration platforms, including Enable and Fusion, and become fully familiar with our online client portal, Wealth Platform. Embraces change and actively contributes to our corporate culture. Possesses excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and a strong command of written language. Strong verbal and written communication skills. R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or looking to qualify, is an advantage

You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.
