With headquarters in Leicester and a nationwide network of laboratories and offices, offering a wide range of Construction Materials Testing, Surveying and Monitoring services, CTS (a Phenna Group Company) is the go-to partner of choice, supporting all sectors of the construction market including residential, commercial, rail, road, airports, tunnelling, mining and utilities as well as brownfield regeneration
Due to expansion and increasing workload we are looking for a friendly and motivated Client Support Advisor to join our team, previous experience is not required as we will provide all of the training necessary for you to succeed and progress.
The position is based in our Environmental Laboratories Division, working at our Leicester City centre laboratory.
Client Support Advisor duties and responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls from clients & suppliers
• Conduct outbound calls to clients providing various updates/information
• Manage client queries through to completion
• Liaise with the Technical and Operational Teams
• Arrange sample container deliveries and sample pick ups
• Draft and issue client reports
• Assist with end of month invoicing/accounts duties
• Perform administrative duties including digital conversion of paperwork (scanning)
• Ensure all reports/records are stored and retained appropriately
• Follow all procedural requirements set out by the ISO17025 QMS

Client Support Advisor Role Requirements:

• Very good oral, written and numeracy skills
• GCSE grade C or above in maths and science (or equivalent)
• Highly Computer literate (MS Office Applications)
• Previous work experience within a technical administrative role would be advantageous

Once at Level two, your skills and knowledge will grow further and at this stage the accounts and invoicing side of the role will be fully introduced into your daily tasks. Within around 12 - 18 months your next step is Level 3 and from there you will continue to progress and grow adding new competencies to your now very impressive knowledge as well as your ability to support our clients.
The speed at which you progress is ultimately down to you and how you apply yourself in the role.

CTS and our range of independent UKAS accredited laboratories provide on-site testing and laboratory services to the construction, quarry products and civil engineering industries across the whole of the UK.
Our purpose-built laboratories are fully equipped to test the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of soils, aggregates, concrete and bituminous materials as well as other construction materials and products.
Our highly-trained technicians and engineers either visit sites and take representative samples for subsequent laboratory testing, or conduct in-situ field tests.
