Client Support



We're part of AgentOS PropTech Group -- the people behind agentOS and Calmony. Our Support team helps letting agents and property professionals get the best out of our software every day. We're now looking for a new team member who's curious, tech-friendly, and enjoys helping others solve problems.



Why this role matters

Our Support team is the heartbeat of how we help our customers. You'll be the first person they turn to when they need guidance or reassurance, representing our commitment to friendly, expert service. Every call or email you handle helps a letting agent work more efficiently -- and that makes a real difference to how thousands of tenants, landlords, and agencies manage their businesses.



People starting in this role have progressed within our company to 2nd line support, junior developer, trainer, management and onboarding roles. We are especially interested in someone looking to develop their second line and technical support skills.



You'll be comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems. You'll enjoy helping customers find better ways to use our software and services, always keeping their needs at the heart of what you do. Curiosity, patience, and a genuine desire to solve problems are key to succeeding in this role.



We'll give you full training on our systems, so you don't need prior experience with our software -- just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to juggle tasks calmly, and the confidence to manage your own time day to day.



The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with hybrid working (up to three days from home). We offer generous holidays, regular team events, and a strong focus on wellbeing -- because enjoying work matters to us as much as doing it well.
