Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any concerns and queries with care and professionalism.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Coordinate and conduct assessments and reviews in line with the company's SLA and individual client needs, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

- Work closely with carers and key stakeholders to monitor the quality of care, providing ongoing guidance and support.

- Handle feedback, concerns, and incidents, working proactively to resolve any issues.

- Ensure all client records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in a customer service, support, or management role, ideally within the care or health sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients and families.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of care services and regulations in the UK (desirable but not essential).

- A full UK driving licence (essential).
