Head of UK Client Operations / Team Manager - Client Support Team

The Client Support Team provides the administrative support for our Family Office Services (FOS) team and the Provider Administration function. The roles and responsibilities of this team will find new, more efficient ways of working, and really challenge and move forward our operating model. A key target will be to free up resources within the client teams to focus on high value client work.
Overview of Key Duties:
Establish, review and oversee processes across multiple functions in support of FOS requirements and good client outcomes, identifying any areas for improvement.
Effectively liaise with the Front Office, Middle Office and Service Centre to ensure provision of required information and completion of tasks to a high standard.
Respond to all requests and investigate queries in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure appropriate scanning and record-keeping of relevant documentation.
Become involved in projects and committees, helping to maintain and improve client service, standards and processes across the Client Support Team.
Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the client teams and team colleagues, in support of customer service excellence, including but not limited to reviewing clients' statements, monitoring reconciliations for third party custody accounts and provision of information for client advisers.
Keep client teams up to date with relevant information relating to client issues.
Make sure that client accounts and portfolios are kept compliant with regulations and our procedures
Understand and oversee processes across multiple functions to ensure good client outcomes
Manage relationships with external parties such as third-party custodians, general partners and administrators

Deputise for Senior Client Support Specialist and Team Manager when required.
Knowledge and Experience:
A level or equivalent.
Extensive experience (5 - 10 years or more) of operations in the financial sector, preferably with family office exposure.
Familiarity with and an interest in typical complex family structures.
Prior experience in the administration of private equity investments would be beneficial.
Good knowledge and experience of collaboration and teamwork.
Excellent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
