Ultrasound Direct are a national innovative fast moving company extending services into all aspects of private ultrasound and healthcare services.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a casual (non contracted) Client Support Specialist at our Swindon clinic, with some travel required to our Bristol clinic. This casual position offers super-flexible working arrangements to support the needs of the business.

As a Client Support Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are treated with the utmost respect and receive a five-star service throughout their time with us, that always exceeds expectations.

The job will require meeting and greeting clients, completing paperwork, taking payments, promoting sales, providing phlebotomy services and keeping the clinic clean and tidy.

Full phlebotomy training provided.

The ideal candidate will need to be available for weekend work.

Saturdays 9.30am to 5pm

Sundays 9.30am to 5pm

Candidates need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business also covering for holiday and sickness periods within Bristol/Swindon clinic

The right person will require excellent customer service skills and have a positive I can do attitude.
