Property Manager - Leading UK Property Investor

Locations:

London or Midlands

Salary:

Up to 50,000 + benefits

A well-established UK property investor with a substantial national portfolio is looking to appoint two Property Managers -- one in London and one in the Midlands.

You'll oversee around 45-50 properties in your region, managing landlord and tenant matters, leases, and service charges. Facilities management is handled by a separate in-house team.

The role suits someone experienced in managing busy, hands-on commercial portfolios with multiple occupiers -- ideally across secondary or tertiary assets. Candidates from a residential block management background will also be considered.
