Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Climbing Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in climbing and a commitment to developing individuals of varied abilities and backgrounds. We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate climbers while fostering a positive learning environment. The current vacancy is for a contracted role based on a minimum of 20 hours a week, with the option of additional hours if required.

Duties

Deliver engaging climbing sessions tailored to the needs of your learners. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall climbing experience.

Requirements

CWI qualification (required) CWDI qualification (preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct both children and adults effectively Flexibility to adapt instructing methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.70-19.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
