Job Description

We regard our staff as our most important asset. All of our customers visit during their leisure time and so are looking for a fun and rewarding experience. The right members of staff are the difference between participants having a 'good' time, or a 'great' time. Working face to face with our visitors you will need an excellent customer focussed attitude.

Duties:

- Ensuring the safety of activity participants- Understanding and assisting participants on each of the different climbing challenges

- Delivering safety and information briefings to large groups of people- Interacting with participants informatively and constructively- Minor maintenance tasks- Tasks may be expanded to include reception and coffee shop duties

The role requires you to work weekends on a rota basis and applicants must be able to work weekends to be selected for interview.

All members of staff will be required to carry out duties at heights of up to 10 metres, rock climbing experience is not essential but an ability to work confidently at these heights is. You will be required to deliver safety briefings in front of large groups of people and so the ability to speak in front of a crowd is essential.
