Fixed-Term contract from July until the end of September 2025.

Must be available for July 16th for training.

Main Purpose of Job

To be enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working, always willing to help and well organised to make a positive difference to our guests and your colleagues.

Main responsibilities

Greet and check in all guests upon arrival for their scheduled activity. Provide guests with safety briefings and ensure they have the appropriate equipment. Assist guests with safely getting on and off their activity. Keep all equipment clean, properly maintained, and securely stored when not in use. Carry out thorough equipment safety checks to confirm it is fully functional, in good condition, and safe for operation. Ensure the Park and surrounding areas remain clean and well-maintained. Promote available activity slots and encourage guests to book additional experiences within the Park. Collaborate with team members to deliver a warm, customer-focused, and memorable experience for all visitors. Assist guests with any questions to help them fully enjoy their time at the Park. Provide support across the Park as needed.

General responsibilities

Friendly and customer-focussed to deliver a great experience. Organised, prepared and diligent to ensure activities take place as booked (sometimes under pressure). Professional and proactively assist guests and colleagues.

Additional duties

Undertake any other reasonable management request. Attend staff meetings when required. Work flexibly where possible to support the business when required.

Legal Duties

Comply fully with all legal requirements including GDPR, Employment law, Weights and Measures, Health and Safety (this list is not exhaustive). Attend any Health and Safety training when required. Ensure full compliance with all areas of Health and Safety as per company Health and Safety policy at all times. Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations at all times.
