Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow.
Maintain accurate patient records through diligent data entry and clerical support.
Ensure that the clinic is well-organised and that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls from patients and other stakeholders.
Assist in the development of clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Support staff with administrative tasks as needed to ensure a cohesive working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computerised systems.
Excellent clerical skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and typing.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
