What you'll bring to the team:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative setting
A warm, empathetic manner with excellent communication skills
Proactive and solution-focused attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional, confident, and able to adapt in dynamic situations
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating diaries and managing appointment schedules for clinicians
Liaising with new and existing patients to ensure smooth care pathways
Supporting the formatting and preparation of clinical reports and correspondence
Handling inbound enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and helpful manner
Assisting with the onboarding of new patients and guiding them through our process
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date digital records and patient files
Acting as a point of contact between the clinic, schools, and GP practices
Providing administrative support to clinicians and supporting general clinic operations
Key skills and qualities:
Confident telephone manner and ability to put patients at ease
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
High levels of accuracy, organisation, and initiative
Comfortable using internal systems and learning new technologies
Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
Understanding or interest in mental health or medical settings is advantageous
