Clinic Coordinator

to be the welcoming face of our

Glasgow Vincent Street Clinic

, managing front-of-house operations, handling appointments, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. In this role, you'll support the clinical team, maintain a professional atmosphere, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.


We want people to 'Do their best work at Therapie' and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage the reception area, greeting clients, maintaining a professional front-of-house presence and handling client inquiries.
+ Manage appointment schedules and optimise the clinic diary to maximise efficiency.
+ Perform consultations with current and new clients, upselling where appropriate.
+ Working towards sales targets and KPIs as outlined by the Clinic Manager.
+ Complete and submit daily operational reports as outlined by the Clinic Manager, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
+ Monitor stock levels and clinic cleanliness as necessary.
+ Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing client and internal queries.
+ Ad hoc duties.
Qualifications and Skills

Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent (desired not required) Customer service experience Sales experience Exceptional organizational/time management skills Ability to multitask Over to the best part, the Perks!
