Skin & Co is a growing, modern aesthetics and beauty clinic in the heart of Morpeth. We are looking for a friendly, organised and confident Clinic Operations Lead to manage our front of house, deliver an exceptional client experience, and support the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Front of House & Client Experience
Welcoming all clients and ensuring a professional, friendly atmosphere
Managing check-ins, appointments and client flow
Preparing client beverages and ensuring excellent client care
Maintaining a clean, tidy, luxury environment throughout the day
Operations & Administration:
Managing bookings, emails, phone calls and social media messages
Handling daily reception duties
Supporting the directors with general operational tasks
Managing retail stock levels, reordering and merchandising
Processing payments and upselling retail products where appropriate
General day-to-day cleaning and presentation duties
Clinical Standards & Compliance:
Carrying out basic clinical compliance checks (training provided)
Supporting the maintenance of hygiene and safety standards
Acting as a First Aider or being willing to complete First Aid training
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Warm, approachable, well presented and confident with clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking and working proactively
Professional, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable using booking systems, email and social media
Interested in beauty, aesthetics or wellness. Has a basic interest in this field.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
