Beaumont Clinic is a friendly, family-run aesthetics clinic with over 30 years of experience. We're known for our natural results, warm welcome, and exceptional client care.
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Clinic & Social Media Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role combines front-of-house client care with social media content creation, making it ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and loves being creative online.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming reception experience
Manage bookings, calls, emails, and client follow-ups
Keep treatment rooms stocked and clinic running smoothly
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies
Create and schedule posts, Reels, and stories that reflect our brand
Monitor and engage with followers to build our online community
Track performance and suggest fresh ideas to boost reach and engagement
About You:
Strong interest in skincare, beauty, or aesthetics
Confident with Instagram, Facebook, Canva (video editing a bonus)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Creative mindset with a flair for content ideas
Previous customer-facing or admin experience (clinic/spa/aesthetics is a plus!)
