About the Role

We're expanding our nationwide weight loss service and need a reliable Clinic Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator. You'll be responsible for preparing and dispatching prescription orders (including weight loss treatments like Mounjaro) quickly, safely, and accurately.

This role suits someone organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks. Full training is provided, and you'll also be enrolled in a pharmacy dispenser course at our expense.

Key Responsibilities

Process prescriptions using pharmacy and courier systems Pick, pack, and securely prepare patient orders Maintain stock control and rotation Keep dispatch area organised and meet courier deadlines Support pharmacists with workflow and compliance records

What We're Looking For

Experience in logistics, fulfilment, or admin preferred Strong IT skills and attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable handling stock boxes Reliable, accurate, and process-driven
