Chester, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

The Role:

Due to the rapid expansion of our nationwide weight loss programme, Evermore The Pharmacy Clinic is offering an exciting opportunity for a reliable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Clinic Orders and Fulfilment Coordinator.

Based in our newly refurbished clinic, you'll play a key role in processing, assembling, and dispatching prescription orders -- with a focus on Mounjaro, one of our most in-demand treatments. This role is essential to ensuring patients receive their medication quickly, accurately, and securely.

You'll be working with pharmacy software and order management systems daily, so strong computer skills are important. The role also involves stock handling, packing, and preparing parcels for courier collection -- so good physical fitness is essential.

Previous experience in pharmacy isn't required, but a background in logistics, admin, or a fast-paced operational role would be ideal. Full training will be provided.

About Us:

Evermore The Pharmacy Clinic launched in 2022 to redefine modern pharmacy. We are an independent, forward-thinking clinic offering a blend of NHS services and innovative private treatments -- including prescription weight loss injections, private blood testing, aesthetics, and wellness consultations. Our rural location is easily accessible by motorway, with a growing national customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Process prescription orders using TITAN PMR and Royal Mail label software. Assemble and securely package patient orders, ensuring correct items and labels. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and rotation. Maintain an organised dispatch area and ensure all courier deadlines are met. Work closely with the pharmacy team to maintain workflow and compliance records. Assist in improving fulfilment efficiency and patient satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

No pharmacy experience necessary -- full training provided. Prior experience in logistics, fulfilment, or admin preferred. Strong IT skills with confidence using systems and databases. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Physically fit and able to lift and move stock boxes regularly. A proactive team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
What We Offer:

Permanent position: 35 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm (1-2pm lunch) 25 days annual leave (plus public bank holidays) Staff discounts on clinic treatments and products Pension scheme Real Living Wage employer -- salary adjusted annually A modern, supportive workplace with real opportunities to grow
If you're organised, tech-savvy, and ready to play a vital role in delivering healthcare across the UK, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and join the team at Evermore The Pharmacy Clinic.
