The Role

We're looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You'll be responsible for maintaining our strong patient-first culture, supporting the team, and driving operational and financial performance.


Working closely with our Director of Clinic Support and supported by Envisage's Three-Legged Stool model, which focuses on team engagement, patient experience, safety, and profitability, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping the future of the practice.

Who We're Looking For

At least two years of management experience in the dental industry or a similar setting Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in KPI and P&L management Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused leader
