Job Overview

Contract Type: Temporary (3 weeks)
Pay: 200-300 per week cash
Location: Hybrid (remote with occasional on-site support)
Schedule:
Core Working Days: Tuesday to Friday (flexible hours)
On-Call Only: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (for phone support) can still go about your day but ensure you have phone with you
Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming client calls - especially during on-call days
Manage appointments and bookings, ensuring maximum efficiency
Coordinate staff schedules, fill gaps, and keep the team productive
Provide reception support and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
Handle social media posting and customer engagement
Respond quickly and calmly to any issues or last-minute changes
Lead the team confidently, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
What We're Looking For

Well-spoken with excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to multi-task, think quickly, and resolve problems independently
Calm under pressure and proactive when things go wrong
Assertive leader who can manage staff and keep operations running smoothly
Previous experience in clinic or administrative management is a plus
