Clinic Manager - Skin & Aesthetics Clinic

Are you passionate about skin health, customer service, and team leadership? We are seeking an experienced and professional Clinic Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our busy Skin and Aesthetics Clinic.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, client-facing position combining Front of House duties with overall operational management. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every visit feels seamless, welcoming, and professional. You'll also be responsible for supporting the team to deliver outstanding treatments, managing daily operations, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Working hours: Tuesday- Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry to post-treatment care Manage front of house duties including welcoming clients, answering calls and emails, and handling bookings and payments Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including stock management, clinic presentation, and compliance with health & safety protocols Support the team to deliver treatments by ensuring smooth scheduling, treatment room readiness, and overall team coordination Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve business goals Monitor clinic performance and work with the business owner on continuous improvements Handle client feedback and resolve any issues professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a management or senior front-of-house role, ideally within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Exceptional customer service and communication skills Proactive, positive, and able to stay calm under pressure Passionate about skin health and the client experience
