Sophia Bailey Aesthetics, one of Chester's most prestigious and luxurious aesthetic clinics, is looking for a client focused, professional, and driven Aesthetics Clinical Manager to support Sophia and her team in the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Role Overview -

As Clinical Manager, you will be the go-to person in the clinic - overseeing smooth daily operations, ensuring five-star client experiences, and helping the brand continue to grow both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities -

Ensure every client journey exceeds expectations - from first enquiry to post-treatment care Manage and coordinate day-to-day clinic operations Support Sophia directly with clinic strategy, scheduling, and client experience Lead on client communications and service standards Assist with managing appointments, bookings, and front-of-house operations Collaborate with Sophia to manage and grow the clinic's social media presence across all platforms Oversee product stock levels, treatment room standards, and compliance

About You -

You must be a 'peoples person' who has a passion for client experience Highly professional and organised, with a luxury service mindset Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, or high-end clinical environments preferred Confident managing both clients and operational tasks Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and client wellness Skilled in customer service and social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Proactive, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
