BM Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced and driven

Clinic Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our luxury aesthetics clinic. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a confident, organised, and people-focused professional with a strong understanding of team management, client experience, sales, and clinic efficiency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry and possess the ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of service, care, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and inspire the clinic team including therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and professionally at all times. Oversee front-of-house performance and ensure outstanding client experiences from start to finish. Handle HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, scheduling, and team development. Drive revenue growth through client retention strategies, sales tracking, upselling, and target management. Manage clinic budgets, expenses, supplier relationships, and stock control to ensure financial efficiency. Liaise with marketing and social media teams to support promotions, campaigns, and events. Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC standards (if applicable), and company protocols. Support training and professional development of the clinic team. Act as the main point of contact between the clinic owner and the team, reporting progress and updates regularly.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in clinic, spa, salon or aesthetics management is essential. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. Commercial awareness and experience in hitting sales and performance targets. Excellent client service and communication skills - professional, friendly, and client-focused. Confident with booking systems, inventory management, and operational problem-solving. Passion for the aesthetics and beauty industry and commitment to delivering premium service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
