Tenbury Dental Centre is a well-loved, community-based practice in the charming market town of Tenbury Wells. Over the past six years, the practice has grown from two to four surgeries, reflecting both our strong local reputation and our ongoing investment in patient care.
Following a full refurbishment, our surgeries are bright, modern, and equipped with advanced technology including CBCT scanning, intraoral scanners, and full digital dentistry. Patients often describe our team as friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, something we take great pride in. Whether welcoming long-standing patients or new families, we work hard to make every visit as comfortable and reassuring as possible.
To support our continued growth, we're looking for a Clinic Manager who can bring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a warm, people-first approach. You'll work closely with our Principal Clinician and the wider team to guide the practice through its next exciting phase of development.

About the Role
You'll be supported by both the Principal Clinician and the Director of Clinic Support, working within Envisage's "Three-Legged Stool" framework: focusing on your team, your patients, and the business. You'll have the autonomy to make an impact and the backing of a wider support network when you need it.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team of dental professionals
Oversee operations to maintain compliance and ensure smooth day-to-day running
Drive business growth through smart financial management, KPI tracking, and local marketing
Champion patient experience and uphold the highest standards of safety and care
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced manager with at least three years in a leadership role, ideally overseeing teams of 15 or more. You'll be confident, commercially aware, and just as comfortable working with numbers as you are building strong relationships. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, and while healthcare or dental experience is a bonus, it's not a requirement.
