Job Summary

This is a full-time 8-month maternity cover, on-site role for an ENT Clinic Nurse at The Harley Street ENT Clinic in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, nursing management, and ensuring high-quality patient care on a daily basis.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Assess patients' health conditions by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all relevant information regarding care provided. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and effective communication. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing licence in the UK. Phlebotomy skills essential. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion. Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
