We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated, organised full time Clinic Sales Manager to run our busy London Clinic. You will have 3 years Management experience within the Beauty/Aesthetics industry, hold a Level 3 NVQ certification in Beauty Therapy (advantage but not essential) and must have strong commercial/sales awareness skills.

A key part of this role is driving sales performance--both your own and that of your team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about achieving and exceeding both daily and monthly sales goals. The successful candidate will take ownership of their individual targets, while also motivating, leading, and supporting the team of therapists to consistently reach theirs. This is a crucial aspect of the Clinic Sales Manager role, so we are seeking someone who is not only comfortable working to targets, but who genuinely enjoys the challenge and satisfaction that comes with consistently delivering strong sales results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for:

Excellent sales skills with a proven track record. (essential) Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams. Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment. Drive, determination and ability to overcome the daily challenges of the Clinic Excellent working knowledge of the Beauty & Aesthetic Industry Ability to work flexibly, to suit the hours and needs of the business which includes evening and Saturday working Preferred L3 Certification in Beauty Therapy (not essential) A positive 'can do' attitude with a genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
