Window to the Womb is a well-established private clinic in Swansea, offering Pregnancy and Women's health ultrasound scans and blood tests. We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and compassionate service to our clients.

Role and Responsibilities

The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Window to the Womb Swansea, to ensure the clinic runs effectively, meets compliance , and delivers high-quality customer service. The role requires strong communication, admin duties, and effective leadership to support the clinic's staff and clients. The supervisor will also be trained in Phlebotomy.

Supervise and support team.

Open and close clinic, overseeing daily operations.

Administrative duties.

Ensuring adherence to clinical governance policies, maintaining high standards of quality of care.

Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.

Blood taking (training provided).

Willingness to cover extra shifts when needed.

Marketing & Social media.

And any other duties commensurate with the role.

Variables hour's role between 30 to 35 hours per week.Salary pro rata

What we are looking for

Experience

Leadership skills (at least 1 year experience in a leadership role).

Proven experience in a customer service-based role.

We will also require a DBS check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
