to manage the daily operations of our Harley Street branch, which provides MRI and CT services. This role combines clinic coordination, people management, patient service, and local referrer engagement.
As Clinic Supervisor, you'll be the face of the clinic for both patients and professional referrers, ensuring that operations run smoothly, facilities are well maintained, and patients receive a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Administration
Oversee daily MRI and CT clinic operations.
Prepare and distribute daily patient lists for imaging teams.
Ensure scanning rooms and waiting areas are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
Perform daily invoicing and coordinate with central finance for reconciliation.
Manage bookings (phone, email, walk-in), process payments, and handle queries.
Ensure accurate and timely records of patient attendance, payments, and service use.
Stock & Supply Management
Carry out regular stock checks and order medical/admin supplies in advance.
Build good working relationships with suppliers and coordinate deliveries.
Team Supervision
Ensure all staff arrive on time, follow professional standards, and maintain clinic readiness.
Monitor staff conduct and adherence to Imaging policies.
Act as the on-site point of contact for staff support, rota adjustments, and issue escalation.
Referrer & Community Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with local referrers, GP practices, and consultants.
Provide timely responses to referrer queries and coordinate information sharing.
Support occasional outreach or engagement activity to raise awareness of our Imaging services.
Patient Experience & Front Desk Duties
Provide a warm and professional welcome for patients and visitors.
Maintain high levels of service, confidentiality, and respect.
Handle sensitive or urgent matters with discretion and efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous supervisory or front-of-house experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to manage invoices, bookings, and day-to-day clinic processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Desirable
Knowledge of diagnostic imaging services.
Experience with clinical or patient management software.
