This is a
non-clinical role ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, clinic reception, hospitality, or front-of-house operations.
You will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience.
What You'll Do:
Front-of-house welcome and support for patients (including those with mobility needs)
Preparing and cleaning clinic rooms between appointments.
Supporting clinicians by helping with notes and admin tasks
Assisting patients with forms, paperwork, and digital documents
Sending education materials and explaining treatment pathways (full training provided)
Helping patients feel comfortable by offering refreshments (tea, coffee)
Supporting the clinic's day-to-day running (stock, reception, cleaning, patient coordination)
Using clinic software and maintaining accurate record
Ideal Candidate Background:
Customer service, hospitality, clinic reception, or admin experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, emails, practice systems)
Friendly, compassionate, and well-organised
Comfortable working in a patient-facing, clinic environment (no personal care involved)
