Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our patients within the practice. You will support patients throughout their visit in practice with Damira Dental Studios, providing a seamless experience from welcoming them when they walk in the door through to when they have finished their appointment with the dentist.

Purpose of the Job



We are looking for friendly and professional individuals with previous customer service experience to:

Delivering excellent customer service Booking appointments and answering queries as required Taking payments as required

Key Responsibilities



Accurately schedule appointments, manage booking needs, and confirm details. Take payment Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions.

Performance Expectations



Provide prompt, professional responses to all patient enquiries. Coordinate effectively with the contact centre team to streamline appointment scheduling and payment processes.
