The Band 4 Clinical allocation Administrator is responsible for the effective allocation and scheduling of patient visits within the District Nursing team across Guildford and Waverley. This role ensures that all visits are assigned appropriately to clinical staff based on patient needs, staff availability, skill set and clinical priorities. The post-holder plays a vital role in maintaining patient safety and supporting operational efficiency within community nursing services.
