Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a meticulous Coding Specialist to join our team part time, 5 hours per day (flexible) Mondays - Friday. The Coding Specialist will be responsible for accurately assigning appropriate filing and coding details and work flowing the documentation to the relevant clinician.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse patient health records to accurately assign appropriate medical codes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Skills:
-Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding procedures

- Must have experience with SystmOne

- Must be able to hit targets of 20-30 documents an hour.
- Good general knowledge of computers and IT.
