We currently seek a Data Management Analyst to join our Clinicals team in our Diabetes Care division. Abbott Diabetes Care designs, develops and manufactures leading-edge glucose monitoring systems and test strips for use in both home and hospital settings. The opportunity is based in our purpose-built facility in Witney, West Oxfordshire.

This is a varied role, giving the opportunity to perform data input, maintain tracking spreadsheets and provide support to the data management team.

Specific duties will include:

  • Provide support to Data Management Group and Clinical Affairs Group when and where appropriate.
  • Perform and verify standard data input and analysis (including the investigation of errors within data).
  • Perform data entry, verification and reporting of performance monitoring data.
  • Perform CRF data entry, and tracking of CRF\'s, for non-performance monitoring clinical studies.
  • Perform software installation qualification tests.
  • Perform testing of Development SAS applications.
  • Assist in maintaining development databases
  • Perform regular scanning, filing and archiving of documents
To be successful, you will have an organised approach to your work, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to an environment with changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks. You are likely to have A-level or Degree level qualification, supported ideally with some work based exposure of data management. You will be comfortable in managing data in Microsoft excel, however full training will be provided on tasks and software/systems.
