We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. The role involves processing clinical correspondence received from secondary care and other services involved with our patients' treatment. We already have 2 members of staff who do this work so need a candidate who works well in a team.
Responsibilities
Processing incoming correspondence on behalf of the GPs as per the Workflow Optimisation guidelines.
Coding of diagnoses and procedures in medical records for existing patients.
Record and communicate concerns regarding medical diagnoses/information in records to appropriate medical professional(s).
Ensure information pertaining to Child Safeguarding is passed to the relevant medical professionals caring for that child and to the Child Safeguarding Administrators.
Process EConsults on a weekly basis and when needed to cover colleagues leave.
Assist colleagues with IT issues.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Pay: 12.60-12.75 per hour
