Clinical Deputy Manager

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of clinical care and supporting the Home Manager. You'll ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care for our residents while fostering a positive and supportive working environment for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee clinical standards, medications management, and safeguarding of residents. Drive clinical quality systems and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance. Support the Home Manager in managing resources effectively - financial, human, and material. Provide inspiring leadership to the clinical team, motivating staff and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active

NMC pin

. Strong knowledge of the five guiding principles of first-class care:

Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-Led

. Experience at supervisory or management level, ideally in a nursing home (Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager, or Senior Nurse). A proactive leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
