Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN)

48,000 - 50,000 per annum

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Home Manager with day-to-day operations Leading the clinical team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care Managing team rotas, training compliance, and annual leave Liaising with GPs, MDTs, local authorities, and families Acting as Home Manager when needed, including out-of-hours support Ensuring readiness for audits, inspections, and CQC reporting Fostering a supportive culture where people (staff and residents) can thrive

What You'll Need

NMC registration (RGN or RMN) - active and unrestricted Previous leadership experience in a care home setting Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and safeguarding responsibilities Confident IT and systems skills (care planning/eMAR experience a bonus) Leadership that balances kindness with accountability Ready to hit the ground running - this is a hands-on leadership role
