Clinical Deputy Manager
Experienced in managing clinical teams & supporting the registered manager Experience of managing complex care cases required or willingness to undertake required training Working one day a week on shift working alongside the team. Due to the size of the home this post has another Deputy Manager in post (residential) and we are creating a new Senior Nurse post who will have one shift a week supernumerary Must hold an Active-PIN Good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance Resilient and has longevity in roles Must live within 40 mins of home * Salary: 50,000 circa
