Perdiswell Rose Care Home are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN)
to join our leadership team in a dynamic and compassionate care environment. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who thrives on mentoring teams, driving clinical excellence, and supporting the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals.
Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits.
Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, including rota planning and budget oversight.
Support recruitment, training, and development of nursing and care staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
Requirements
Active NMC registration (RGN essential).
Proven leadership experience in a nursing home environment.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional care to older adults.
