The postholder will mentor Clinical Educators, promote wellbeing, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include monitoring compliance with NHSE Quality Framework Standards, managing budgets, and acting as an authorised signatory. Additionally, the role deputises as the Trust lead for clinical education (Nursing and Midwifery) and provides operational leadership for the Clinical Education Nursing (Post-registration) team.
